Pathways to Leadership is a focused and aspirational professional learning journey designed to support Aspirants as they explore who they are as leaders, clarify where they want to go, and prepare for a range of school leadership roles.
This three-part series offers dedicated time to reflect, plan, and grow, supported by experienced leaders who have walked the path before and are committed to developing the next generation of school leaders.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

- Want clarity and confidence about their leadership journey
- Are preparing for leadership applications or expressions of interest
- Are ready to intentionally shape their future and step confidently into school leadership
