Optional Experience | Michael Licenblat Masterclass
Building Pressure-Proof Teams and Cultures. This 5-hour masterclass equips school leaders to build teams that can stay steady under pressure, adapt to change, and turn challenge into growth. Through practical frameworks and real-world strategies, participants will learn how to strengthen resilience, overcome resistance, and cultivate an adaptive mindset.

Optional Experience | QACSL Pre-Conference Program
The QACSL Pre-Conference Day on Wednesday 13 May 2026 at QUT Kelvin Grove (8:30 am–3:00 pm) offers a full day of professional learning for leaders and educators in Queensland’s combined-sector P–10/12 schools. The program includes morning sessions with QUT academics and afternoon updates from senior Department of Education leaders. Open to all interested participants, the event encourages teams to attend together and is free for QACSL members or $25 for non-members (to be billed by QACSL at a later date).
